Our garden rooms are on the northern side of the building and are generously sized at 26m2    

Our superior rooms are on the southern side of the building and are generously sized at 26m².

Our deluxe rooms are on the southern side of the building and are generously sized at 28m2.

Our corner rooms are 30m² and have air conditioning, mini bar, TV, hairdryer, internet, safe and kettle. Both rooms have a spacious bathroom with a large shower.
Special feature: large corner balcony to the south and unique decor, in which our interior designer has reached deep into the bag of tricks.

The panoramic view through a 40 square meter windowsurface with an incredible view over the old town of Bolzanogives this new suite her name. Highest comfort combinedwith a contemporary interior design style, will welcome you. In the bathroom our interior designer has had a free hand.You will be amazed. Apart from a comfortable bathtub is a great shower. Toilet and bidet are in a separate room.

With its panorama terrace, four-poster bed, couch and flat screen TV you’ll be bound to miss this unique room after your holiday is over.

Thanks to the small kitchen and stylish dining area, you can cook your own dishes at any time should you prefer them to the regional cuisine. Like all our rooms, our suite is easily reached by lift.
